Today marks 30 years of business for the Tavern. However, instead of celebrating, the Tavern family is grieving the loss of Max Hermann and celebrating his life. He built the Tavern from the ground up and established its reputation through dedication and hard-work. He will leave a hole in this community as he was the lifeblood of the Tavern and a pillar of Abingdon. Max was a father and a grandfather.
